From concept to handover.

Six phases, one technical partner. Each service can be commissioned on its own or as part of a complete project.

  1. 01 · Concept Audit

    Together with architects and clients, we analyse the concept: design intent, materials, budget, timeline and technical feasibility. We identify critical points before they become problems.

  2. 02 · Survey & Laser Scanning

    Accurate on-site measurements and, when needed, 3D laser scanning with latest-generation Leica equipment. Point clouds are turned into precise CAD surveys and 3D models.

  3. 03 · 3D Engineering & Virtual Prototyping

    Every space and product is modelled in SolidWorks as an industrial product: components, joints, hardware and tolerances. Virtual prototypes let us verify dimensions, assembly and interferences before production.

  4. 04 · Shop Drawings

    General and detailed construction drawings for each contractor and manufacturer, with bills of materials and production-ready files, including CNC.

  5. 05 · Assembly & Inspection Documents

    Dedicated drawings and procedures for installation, testing and final inspection, so every team on site knows exactly what to do.

  6. 06 · Site Supervision

    We follow production and installation through every phase, coordinating trades and checking quality until handover.

Quality Audit & Factory Inspection

Before and during production, we audit manufacturers on quality, capacity and timing. With more than 80 quality and safety audits behind us and ISO 9001 auditor qualification, we make sure what leaves the factory matches what was designed.

Italian Sourcing & Contractor Selection

We select the Italian interior contractors and manufacturers best suited to each project, verify their capabilities and coordinate them through to delivery, in Italy and abroad.

Survey
Laser scanning with latest-generation Leica equipment; point clouds in standard formats, turned into CAD surveys and 3D models.
Design & engineering
AutoCAD for 2D drawings, shop drawings and construction details. SolidWorks for parametric 3D modelling, virtual prototyping, assemblies and exploded views.
What we receive
CAD drawings (DWG, DXF), 3D models in common exchange formats, PDF, renders and moodboards.
What we deliver
Shop drawings and details (PDF, DWG) · 3D models (STEP, IGES, Parasolid), viewable for free with eDrawings · CNC production files · bills of materials · assembly and inspection documents · site and quality reports.
