The data controller is EDGE-Lab LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA. For any question about your data, write to info@edgelabgroup.com.

Contact form: full name, email address and, if you provide them, company or studio, role, project type, location, stage and the content of your message.

AI assistant: the messages you write in the chat and, if you decide to send a request to our team, the contact and project details you provide.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to profile visitors.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.

To answer your request and prepare a proposal, at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send your chat request to our team, only after your explicit consent in the chat (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

The chat on this website is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. Your messages are processed by OpenAI, the provider of the AI model, to generate the answers.

We do not keep a copy of full conversations. When you agree to contact our team, only the summary of your request and the details you provided are sent to us by email.

We use service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), OpenAI (AI assistant), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (anti-spam check). Some of them are located in the United States; transfers take place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and, if a working relationship follows, for the duration required by law. If no relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@edgelabgroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the one in your country of residence.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
